Pasta With Salmon and Mascarpone
( YIELD: 3 Servings )

I N G R E D I E N T S
Dececco Shells 250 grams
Mascapone Cheese 150 grams
Smoked Salmon 150 grams
Gallucci Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Fresh dill-chopped 1 tablespoon
Black pepper- freshly grated Half of tablespoon

1 Cook the pasta in boiled water until done.
2 Chop the salmon in big pieces.
3 Heat the olive oil and lightly cook the salmon for 2 minutes. Turn the heat to low and add the mascarpone cheese. When mascarpone is melted add the dill.Mix well.
4 Drain the pasta and add them into the sauce. Mix well.
5 Serve immediately and add the pepper on top.
