Italian Fontina and Parmesan Toasts

I N G R E D I E N T S
Butter 3 tablespoons
Gallucci olive oi 3 tablespoons
Italian bread 1 loaf
Grated Italian fontina Two thirds of a cup
Grated Parmesan One quarter of a cup

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Cut Italian bread into half inch thick slices.
3 In a small saucepan- melt butter in oil over moderate heat.
4 Brush mixture onto 1 side of each bread slice.
5 Arrange slices- buttered side up- on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until golden.
6 Preheat broiler
7 Sprinkle Italian fontina and Parmesan cheeses evenly over toasts.
8 Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 1 minute- or until fontina begins to melt.
