
Oil & Garlic Sauce
( YIELD: 4-6 Servings )
| I N G R E D I E N T S | |

| Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 1/2 cup |
| Garlic, chopped | 5 cloves |
| Salt | 1 tsp. |
| Oregano | 1/2 tsp. |
| Salted pasta water | 1 cup. |
| Spaghetti or long pasta | 1 lb. |
| 1. | Boil water. Add salt and pasta. |
| 2. | In a separate pan, saute the chopped garlic in the olive oil. Be careful not to burn the garlic. |
| 3. | Add salt and oregano. Stir for one minute, remove from heat. |
| 4. | Drain the pasta, saving 1 cup of the pasta water. |
| 5. | Mix pasta, water, and the garlic saute. |
| 6. | Add salt to taste. |
Optional: Sprinkle with course black pepper or red pepper flakes. |
