Tiramisu
( YIELD: 4 Servings )

I N G R E D I E N T S
Sugar 3 Tbsp, and 2 Tbsp.
Egg Yolks 2
Cream Cheese 2 oz.
Mascarpone 5-3/8 oz.
Marsala 3 tsp.
Heavy whipping cream 7 oz.
Espresso or strong coffee 2 cups.
Warm water 1/2 cup.
Ladyfingers 24 French-style.
Powdered sweetened cocoa mix 3 Tbsp.

1. In an electric mixer, whip sugar and egg yolks on high speed until pale yellow and thick.
2. With mixer on medium speed, add cream cheese and whip until smooth.
3. Add mascarpone and Marsala.  Mix until incorporated.
4. Whip the cream and fold into the mixture.  Refrigerate.
5. Combine espresso, additional Marsala, 2 tbsp sugar, and warm water.
6. Dip ladyfingers in espresso mixture.
7. Place one layer of dipped ladyfingers on bottom of serving platter.  Top with one layer of cream mixture.
8. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers.  Top with a second layer of cream mixture.
9. Sift cocoa over top.  Serve.
