
Bruschetta Bread

| Tuscan Bread | 4 large slices |
| Gallucci's extra-virgin olive oil | 3 Tbsp. |
| Diced Tomatoes | 1/2 cup |
| Parmesan, sliced | 4 slices. |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 tsp. |
| Salt & Pepper | To taste |
| 1. | Preheat oven to 450°F. Place bread slices on an oven pan and coat with extra-virgin olive oil. |
| 2. | Season bread with garlic, salt, and coarse black pepper. Cook until lighly toasted. |
| 3. | Remove bread from oven and layer on tomatoes and parmesan. |
| 4. | Cook for an additional 4-8 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Serve. |
