Cacio De Roma Salad with Grapes

I N G R E D I E N T S
Walnuts, coarsely chopped 7 oz.
Balsamic vinegar 3 Tbsp.
Grapes, halved and seeded 1/2 lb.
Sharp mustard 1 Tbsp.
Heavy cream 1/8 liter.
Cacio de Roma, cubed 6 oz.
Walnut Halves 6

1 Mix the cheese, chopped walnuts, and grapes together.
2 Whisk the cream, vinegar, and mustard until emulsified.
3 Fill glasses or bowls with salad and pour dressing over.
4 Garnish with two walnut halves.
